Sometimes a poster just grabs you (terrible pun absolutely intended). Such is the case with the new poster for “Alien: Romulus” released today from 20th Century Studios. The film is the seventh installment in the long-running Alien franchise and is said to be set between 1979’s original “Alien” and the first sequel, 1986’s “Aliens”, but is narratively unconnected. The early first teaser did a great job setting up the terrifying tone. The same can be said for this terrific new poster.
DIRECTOR – Fede Álvarez
WRITERS – Fede Álvarez, Rodo Sayagues
STARRING – Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsswon, Archie Renaux, Isabela Merced, Spike Fearn
RELEASE – August 16, 2024
Check out the killer new poster below and let me know what you think.

AH! FACE-HUGGERS!
Yes! Such a killer poster!
Except for the fact that the tail isn’t wrapped around the neck of the victim, it looks ok. No, strike that. I’m not picking up a good vibe from this installment, esp. since Ridley isn’t directing and it isn’t “narratively connected” to the other movies. WTH!?!?
It actually doesn’t seem to be an Alien film, but something other.
I agree. It may be a story with that particular alien in it, but a different story. Kind of like two bear stories: 1) The Revenant and 2) Winnie The Pooh 😉
Exactly.😂
I dunno. I really liked the teaser. The new trailer is due out tomorrow (I think). Hoping for good things.
p.s. AND it’s a *Disney* movie???? :::smh:::
Welllllll, yes kinda.😂😂😂
Hubby likes the Alien movies so we may see this when it streams.
I like the look of it. Should have a full trailer out soon (today maybe).
