I had a great time appearing on Tavern Talk by Initial Reaction to discuss Adam McKay’s wacky end-of-the-world satire “Don’t Look Up”. It was late and we had screened two movies, so please forgive my rambling. But (as it always is on that show) I had a lot of fun.

Keith, listened to about 10 minutes of this wonderful “Tavern Talk” episode and will watch the rest after seeing it. “Don’t Look Up” sounds like a must-see and I will be watching it on netflix for sure.

HaHa! I’m thinking a lot of people were with him on “Vice”. It even got an Oscar nomination for best picture! I’m still trying to sort that one out. LOL
🙂 Bale brought Cheney to life for me. When I see his daughter being martyred as a legislator, I HAVE to wonder if the puppetmaster is at work again, lol.
I’m watching the thing right now as I’m now interested in seeing this despite the mixed reviews it’s getting. I hope to watch this before the end of the year though I am aware of how polarizing Vice.
I’m about to post my full review. It’s funny, the negative reviews of this kinda shock me. While I may not love it, I think this is easily one of McKay’s best films.

Not yet but I need to. I noticed it dropped at the Game Awards last night.
Robotnik will be defeated in that movie
