Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment is bringing one of the best horror movies of 2025 to home video. “Weapons” is writer-director Zach Cregger’s follow-up to his 2022 film “Barbarian”. It’s a movie that earns its scares as a horror movie. But it also plays wonderfully as a suspenseful mystery thriller. The film was a box office success, earning nearly $240 million against its $38 million budget. Now this gripping and genuinely chilling feature is available to own. I like these posts, but this movie has a lot of praise that i have yet to understand. The idea of the story is great, and the set up is good. But the segment about the druggie, and the climax deflated the experience as it went for gore and excess
Glad to hear you appreciate these. When they started sending me these I wanted to come up with a simple but helpful style of covering them. Happy to know they’re enjoyed. 👍🏼
you’re welcome. I like the video cases in particular. Favorite would be the LaserDisc sleeve because of the pictures on the front and back.
Ooooh yes.
In addition, i like the content of the post too, to see if it includes behind the scenes about stunt work, and content to explain a directors cut if included
Keith, I know I have mentioned here before how much I like the heads-up when physical media becomes available. That being said, I am holding onto my DVDs like grim death and have not taken the 4K plunge just yet, so if I want to expand my collection I need to “advance” into new technology. I really liked this film, and I am looking forward to seeing it again soon.
I know what you mean. I do like how new 4K players can still play DVDs and Blue-rays. To be honest, I’m very happy with Blu-ray. But most of what they send me is 4K so…
