There has been a lot of buzz (including a lot of critique) about the small teaser for Amazon Studios’ upcoming film “Being the Ricardos”. Maybe I’m crazy, but I’m really anxious for this quirky looking biopic about the relationship of the stars of “I Love Lucy” Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez. I’m intrigued by the cast and the talent behind the camera. And while the teaser didn’t give us a lot to chew on, I kinda love the first poster.What do you think?

Kidman and Bardem, could be great! Those two are seasoned actors and I could see both of them being able to shift from funny to serious and back again with ease.

I don’t know about the poster but I did see the trailer as it looks interesting as I hope it is a funny film.

Also I Think Oscar Isaac would bet a Better Choice as Desi Arnez
I think this would mean more to you guys over the pond, they did have I love Lucy on the TV over here back in the Jurassic era, but don’t think it had a lot of impact.
Ahh that makes sense. It came out before my time but it ran in syndication for decades. That’s where I saw it.
